Instagram getting more popular than Facebook in India

As we all know that “ A Picture is worth of thousand words” earlier it was tried and now after social media comes in as a channel to explore the world a picture says a lot about anything we would like to convey or say about our product or our self.




Instagram early was used only in US but now according to new survey report , Now about 60% of users are outside US. But let us speak about its presence in India , although Instagram in India is not as popular as other social media channels like Facebook and Twitter but no doubt it is gaining its popularity. It is gaining attention of youngster , brands and Small business person.

In India as Facebook gave platform to market their product worldwide , Instagram has developed many young men and women entrepreneurs who market their products only through Instagram and generate business. According to survey there was 14% rise in young entrepreneurs this year.

According to reports , Indians are comfortable simple and easy apps that is the reason Facebook is much popular in India

Many brands like NIKE , Amazon , FLIPKART are now selling their products or showcasing their products through  Instagram. The potential market reach is growing across the world , we can say One picture reaches million people within fraction of seconds wherein Facebook app problem is when we open they show post but its not in according to time they post.
